Gary Moorhead
Gary Moorhead, a principal of The Sutor Management Group, is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His post-graduate education has included the Associated General Contractors bidding and estimating series, construction law essentials, and project planning and scheduling.
Gary began his career with Ernst & Young, and for the last 27 years has been with the Sutor Group, focusing exclusively on the construction industry, gaining extensive experience in the preparation and defense of assertive contractor claims, preparation of termination for convenience settlement proposals, construction related cost analyses, implementation of accounting and project management systems, and analysis of financial statements.
Project owners, general contractors and subcontractors rely on Gary’s experience and expertise in providing construction claims, construction related cost analysis, and systems consulting.
Gary has been engaged as an expert witness at trial, arbitration and mediation, and has lectured in various areas, such as quantification of construction damages, project management topics, cost accounting, and contractor financial statement analysis.
