Project description

The Seattle Waterfront Marriott Hotel is a 325,000 sq. ft., eight-story, full-service Marriott hotel with 40,000 sq. ft. of parking, 358 Guestrooms and Suites, all with waterfront views of Seattle's landmark Cityscape & Mt. Ranier, Elliott Bay, and Olympic Mountain Range. Located by the Landmark Pike Place Market & Pier 66 Cruise Terminal the Waterfront Marriott has 8500 square feet of meeting space, indoor-outdoor pool, Todd English "Fish Club" restaurant, and one-level of valet parking garage structure that is 22 feet below grade, and fifteen feet below the watertable. The building is a concrete structure with pt tower and pre-cast, stucco and metal panel exterior composition. Local Artist Laura Haddad was commissioned to design roof pavers with multiple color composition, emmulating the waterfront motif along the length of the building rooftop.
