The Sutor Group was engaged to quantify damages that were incurred by Globe as a result of a delay to plant expansion plans. Completion of The Sutor Group work March 1988. Computed damages approximated $1,900,000.

Whether the defendants in the case, which were Shell Oil Company, Union Oil Company, and Mobil Oil Corporation, were responsible for environmental pollution which was discovered during excavation of a proposed plant site which was to provide needed plant expansion for the increased growth of Globe.
